Ryan works at Virtual Snow. He helps with the clients on the ski simulators and is great with the kids. I have noticed that he can be really understanding to younger kids. ( Except for his brother who he teases relentlessly. )
Today I got a call from Bob Salerno the owner of Virtual Snow of Los Angeles who told me that Ryan was doing great. And that he appreciated him being there for him and for the customers. He just wanted to share the Ryan was doing exceptionally good.
Ryan could not have a better first boss than this kind and happy man.
